We are pleased to announce the space for lease at Rindge Commons (430 Rindge Ave in Cambridge, MA). The space is 5,090 SF on the 4th floor of the new headquarters currently underway by Just a Start, a non-profit providing affordable housing and workforce training programs in Cambridge. 

The project, which is expected to be completed in Q2 2024, is a 70,000 SF building located near Alewife Station and will house all of Just A Start’s programs, including biomedical, IT, and youth construction careers training, housing assistance, and financial opportunity programs. The building will also include affordable pre-k programs and 24 affordable apartments.
